Shipping Information

We have been told that our shipping times are the fastest!  We are only delayed in shipping your product if it is delayed by the manufacture.  We do not maintain stock in order to provide you with the most potent products available.  When we ship your order it will be sent USPS or UPS.  This is our choice.  We offer USPS service for those people who need your items delivered to a post office box.  USPS items are sent Priority Mail.  We support our military that are serving outside the USA.  We ship to APO boxes at no additional cost.  Except for APO and college shipments...all items have to be shipped to the address that is on your credit card. If you are an established customer we will forward items for you within the United States at no extra charge.   We have been asked to forward items outside of the US.  We will be glad to do this for our established customers.  For non-established customers you must send your payment to us in the form of a check, or Post Office Money order.  The shipping cost to ship outside of the US cost much more then our flat rate shipping rate.  Due to this and the customs paperwork we have to charge you the actual cost to ship these items for you (no extra cost for APO).  There is also the issue that shipping insurance is not available to all locations.  We take no responsibility for items other then what the insurance will allow.  

We are working on gift certificates that can be ordered and you can forward these as gifts.  We have a manual system for this but still working on an automated system for our web site.  For gift certificate ex-change outside of the US.  You will have to pay the actual shipping cost to get the items shiped to your location.  Our secure gateway is set up with the strictest guidelines to protect our customers and ALERT1 from credit card fraud.    

We do not take responsibility for shipping problems but we always insure your shipment.  For APO shipments the insurance is only good to the country destination.  The USPS will not take responsibility for problems that happen after that point..  If you sent payment through the mail in the form of a personal check your items will not be shipped until your check clears our account.  This usually takes 10 days.  In most situations your items are shipped only to the address associated with your payment address.  On new accounts we may send your items with signature confirmation. We always use delivery confirmation.  Our goal is to stop fraud and discourage our site from being used for this purpose.  ALERT is a crime prevention educational program with law enforcement connections.  We know how the legal system works and will prosecute within the full extent of the law anyone that tries to fraud our customers, and ALERT1. 

 

Shipping Problems

If for any reason your shipment is damaged please contact the carrier immediately.  Keep the packaging to give to the carrier with the damaged items in it (only the damaged items).  Advise the carrier of the value of the items damaged if asked.  They will not reimburse you for shipping cost.  We do not take responsibility for shipping problems.  We always insure your shipment with the carrier to cover the cost to replace your shipment.  The carrier may try to take the entire shipment.  Only show them and surrender the item(s) that are damaged!  Contact ALERT-1 immediately so we can help you through this process.  We hand pack all orders.  Your shipment is pulled, checked, packed, and checked again before it is shipped to you.  This is done to make sure that your order is correct.  We do not send out partial orders without contacting you first.  It is possible that your order may be shipped in more then one box.  We are proud to state that as of this date we have never made a mistake on a shipment.  We know that mistakes can and will happen.  If for some reason there is a problem with your shipment that is not related to the carrier please contact us immediately.  We do not take responsibility for shipping problems other then helping you through the insurance claims process unless it is our mistake. 

Returns

We only take product returns at ALERT-1 If a manufacture has a non-conditional money back guarantee.  We buy direct from the manufacture so we can honor their warranty.  If you purchased a product that has this type of warranty you need to contact us to get a RA#.  You must return the container with the unused product at your expense.  You must include your contact information and the reason you did not like the product.  We will provide you a credit toward any other product that we carry.  This credit will not include the S/H fees.  The warranty/Credit is for the purchase price of the product only!  The manufacture only allows one credit per product per household.  It takes us 30 days to process a return once a product has been returned to us.  We do not take returns because you have changed your mind after you placed the order and it has been shipped to you.  Due to our standard of not ever selling anything less then first quality products to our customers.  We cannot take a return based on buyer remorse.  We could not sell these products to someone else after they have been out of our control.  Only items that have a 100% satisfaction guarantee can be returned.  Take your time and only order the products that you are sure you want.

ALERT-1 makes no claims regarding what these products are advertised to do.  You should always consult your doctor before starting any exercise / Supplement program.  We have provided links for additional resources from an outside source.  We have no control of their content and cannot take responsibility for the information they provide to you.  They have a solid reputation but you are still reminded to check their information with your personal doctor.  None of these products are advertised to help stop / heal disease or any illness.  If you ever have a reaction that is not normal, Stop taking that product immediately!  Consult with your doctor and the manufacture of the product before taking it or any supplement of it's type again.  Supplements need to be treated as any over the counter medication.  Supplements can be used in a wrongful manner which can make them hazardous to your health.  Please treat them with respect.  Your body and overall health should be your number one concern.
