You spoke and we listened! Many of you did not like paying for your items with Paypal providing the gateway to process our credit card payments. So we have stopped taking Paypal payments. We can now take all of your major credit/debit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, & DISCOVER) on our secure shopping cart. Your items will only be shipped to the address on your payment card unless you need us to send your items to an APO address or college campus. We appreciate our military men and women for their sacrifice and want to support them anyway we can. Most credit card fraud can be stopped by only sending products to the address that is connected to the credit card. We have all seen those funny commercials on stolen Identity. I had my identity stolen once on my Paypal account and I can tell you that it is not funny when it happens to you. You can still mail your payments for items that you want shipped to another address.
Credit Cards And Disputes
We work hard to provide you the best products at the best price. We understand that it is not your fault if someone steals your credit card information and makes a purchase with us. We have established policy to make it hard for this to happen. The merchant account gateway we use has already caught transactions that they were able to detect as being stolen card numbers in the first month we were in business. We use Authorize Net to handle our gateway. To those of you out there who try to get something for nothing. ALERT-1 will pursue any disputed credit card charges determined to be invalid. Finance Charges will start accruing on the debt from the day of shipment at the rate of 1.5% per month., until paid in full. In addition if the debt is not paid in full at our discretion ALERT-1, may pursue all legal remedies to resolve this situation. This includes, but not limited to credit reporting, the use of attorneys, criminal prosecution, and third party collection. You will be responsible for all reasonable cost and fees involved in this collection process.
About Our Monthly Discounts
You wanted to find a site where you could get all of your supplements at discount pricing. You have come to the right web site!!! You told us that you did not want it to look like a we were offering you a discount and then hit you with high shipping and handling fees. Our response is flat rate shipping. Then you told us that you wanted to be rewarded even more for establishing ALERT-1 as your one source for all of your supplement needs. Once again we put on our thinking caps on in an effort to find a way to do this. We looked at a lot of supplement web sites & retails stores. We discovered that they placed coupons on products that they needed to move. We do not have to do this as we do not stock items that we do not have orders for. We wanted to show you real appreciation for your business and not camouflage a discount program that really was not a discount.
